Everyone at Broadtree has been working away all winter in order to bring the best outdoor adventure programs to the Chicago community. Broadtree has been working closely with our partner agencies, The North Lawndale Learning Community, Chicago Communities in Schools, Uplift Community Academy, and Mercy Home for Boys and Girls just to name a few, to bring teens from all over the city into our programs.

Taste of Broadtree is right around the corner coming up in the spring and Breaking the Limits, Community Adventure and Environmental Adventure not far behind during the summer. Taste of Broadtree offers teens the opportunity to try out one of Broadtree’s activities for one after-noon. Taste is an eight week after-school program that allows schools and agencies to bring their teens out for an after-noon of sailing or kayaking. Teens meet Broadtree staff and generally get comfortable with our adventure activities.

The summer is quickly approaching and everyone is looking forward to Breaking the Limits, a two-week outdoor adventure program, Community Adventure, a one-month outdoor adventure and social action program, and Environmental Adventure, a one-month outdoor adventure and environmental action program.
